Last night was the end-of-the-year celebration at my son's school.
Our family was asked to bring a dessert to the potluck.
Since I was occupied with my book project,
I needed to make something that wasn't time consuming with ingredients I had on hand.
I went to my Pinterest "Sweets" board for inspiration and decided on these.
Aren't they fun?
When the link wasn't available, I went searching and found this recipe.
They were simple and quick to make.
I rolled mine in toffee bits, coconut, and rainbow sprinkles.
They were a huge hit. :)
